What’s a red letter day?
A Red Letter Day is a day of significance or opportunity.
It’s a day to celebrate friendships and fellowship as we embrace healing and wholeness in community. It’s a day to engage in shared experiences in the out-of-doors (fishing, boating, and strolling through nature)! It’s a day to experience creative expressions - including music, art, and crafting - that help us to share in our common journey. It’s a day to give back through service, caring and sharing!
This month we will gather outside at the pavilion for all our activities together. There will be time for discussion groups to share what community connections and resources are available for all the participants. We know this day is important and we are excited to share the ways the community connections can continue to grow year round.
Red Letter Day is a Program of the Fellowship Camp and Conference Center offered to the local community, including individuals involved in Self Regional Health Care Cancer Center, the Cancer Support Community at Prisma Health—Greenville Memorial and Friends, the YMCA of the Lakelands, Neighbors, Friends, and other local organizations supporting the Fellowship Camp and Conference Center.
